Perhaps being incomprehensibly rebellious throughout Joe’s childhood and well into his undergraduate years, galvanized his pursuit for excellence in arts. Or, it was at a crossroad which made him realized the fact that, not being one of the best in the commercial arena would never be good enough. That is when one has to decide the course for many great things to come.

Joe Sanya started his career in real estate in 1999 when Phuket was at the beginning of its prime. But his destiny took a significant turn in early 2002, when he met Gan Chii Mon over a social dinner. The desire to create some fireworks together with Gan was almost instantaneous.

Inbred. DP Co., Ltd. (IDP) was incepted soon after.

IDP rendered Joe an uninhibited platform to showcase his aptitude in interior design. Following a simple and timeless value - efficiency and good design - he has since captured the hearts of many real estate owners.
